Shipping Costs
The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. Orders are FREE delivered in the Netherlands for orders over € 25,- (excluding shipping costs and discount codes). Shipping costs for orders in the Netherlands under € 25,- are € 3.99.
The shipping rate for Belgium and Germany for an order is € 6.49, regardless of the order amount. It is not possible to have a package shipped to a P.O. box or a pickup point.
Delivery Times
Within the Netherlands, we aim to ship your order within two working days. Of course, due to circumstances, the delivery time may be slightly longer than you are used to. Outside the Netherlands, shipping takes a bit longer.
Deviating Delivery Time
During holidays, it may take a bit longer to deliver your package.
Pickup
It is not possible to pick up an order placed with ANVY on location.
Gift with Purchase
With every order, you will receive a free gift. How nice is that!
Returns
Do you want to exchange your product or did your order arrive damaged or defective? You have the legal right to report a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. To better meet customer expectations, we ask you to provide a reason when reporting your return. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back. If you use this right of return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days after the return notification (your return shipment must actually be in the possession of ANVY).
- For a return shipment of one or more products from an order, only the amount paid for the product(s) will be refunded, and no shipping costs.
- For a return shipment of the entire order, the total amount paid will be refunded, including the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
The product must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and unopened.
Note: all makeup products are non-returnable.
The costs for returning are entirely at the customer's expense.
Register Return
Log in to your account and go to my orders. Click on the relevant order. Then click on ''Return Items'' at the bottom. Fill out the form and click send. If it doesn't work, you can always email us, we are happy to help!

Cancelations
After placing your order, we immediately start processing it. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order.
