Removing glue
First of all, it's important to always remove the glue properly. The easiest way to do this is by using tweezers. If you don't remove the glue well or leave it on, bacteria can develop. Additionally, old glue residues can damage your lash band.
Next, fill a bowl with clean warm water and let your false lashes soak in it for about 30 seconds. This way, you loosen product residues like mascara, eyeshadow, and other makeup. Just be careful about what type of false lashes you are using. If you are using lashes made from real hair, they are much more delicate. Soaking them in warm water can cause them to lose their shape. It's better to soak these in lukewarm water.
Use alcohol or makeup remover
You can clean your lashes well using alcohol. If you're using a higher quality lash, it's wiser to clean it with a milder makeup remover. Clean your false lashes by applying a small amount of makeup remover or alcohol to a cotton pad and gently swiping it over the false lashes. And there you have it, your lashes are completely clean!
